Doesn't hi5 already provide tracking? hi5 does provide very limited tracking. You can only see a picture and link of the visitor, only when the visitor has enabled a setting to allow the system to track him/her. We provide a lot of details (location, ip, picture, name, link)
together with a posibility to display your recent tracking results live on your own hi5 profile.
How much does this cost? This service is absolutely free.
How accurate is this hi5 tracker?
We guarantee a 90% accuracy, our system depends on other services, so we can not guarantee 100% accurate results.
Why can't I see pictures of all my visitors?
Our system only recognizes visitors if they are signed up on this site.
This is the only way possible to track users on hi5, as hi5 has some strong security measurements.
The info of your visitors are stored in cookies, we can not read these cookies, so we use a different approach:
We log the IP address of everyone who signs up with us & logs in. This IP address is a unique address on the internet, free available and does no harm.
The ip address gets attached to the userID that user signed up with.
Then we know the userID corresponding to the ip. We list all the ips of visitors you had, if our system recognizes one, it will show the picture.
It will take a while for reporting to get better, as we keep getting more users.
I lost my tracking code OR I want to change my tracker
Simply login with your email and password and click "Tracker Code" to obtain your code
From there, you can choose the type of tracker. There is no need to cancel your account and create a new one.
I can't login - I get redirected to the main site
If you get redirected to the main site, it means that your password was incorrect. Please try again or reset your password (forgot password).

How does the counter work?
The invisible counter tracks every visitor, without them noticing. The code is invisible.
The other type of counter displays the last x visitors, and the "currently online" visitors.
Once signed up, you can change the type of counter, together with colors, in the member area.
Error Message: E-mail or userID in use.
This error occurs when you enter a userID or e-mail which we already have in our records. Check your e-mail and userID first. A userID is nummeric,
it can not be 0, it must be smaller than 10000000.

Our system scans your profile page after signing up. That way, we can be sure the information you entered does in fact belong to you.
Before activating/confirming your account, make sure that the tracker code is already on your profile page. Our scanner looks for this piece of code, once it finds it, your
account becomes active.
First input the tracker code in your profile, then come back to this site and click activate.
What's with the 15 days and inactive account?
First of all, your MSTRACKER account will be suspended when you have not entered your userID after 15 days. Your hi5 account will not and can not be de-activated.
We need you to give our system your userID, that way our system recognizes you on hi5. If you do not supply this number, your account will become
inactive after 15 days, tracking will be disabled.
